OUR POLICIES



DOMESTIC SHIPPING


Our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase from our U.S. warehouse. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number within one business day so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours! Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We offer the following domestic shipping methods:

Next Day: $35 (orders received by 1:00pm CST can be delivered by end of next day)

Expedited: $15 (2-3 days)

Standard: FREE (4-8 days)



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

ITEM AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS


If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement, a credit or a full refund.

How do pre-orders work?

Only selected products will be available for pre-order seasonally. The expected delivery period will be noted in the description of the product on our online store. Here are our pre-order terms:

  • At the time you place your pre-order, you will be required to pay the full price to secure the item.
  • You should expect a delayed period between the purchase of the product and the actual delivery of the product. Delivery dates are subject to change and our customer care team will be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your pre-order.
  • Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any unworn item within 10 business days once purchase is received. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in anyway. All tags and original packaging must be included for a full refund minus initial shipping charges.

Enclosed in your Lee Merritt package, you will find our Return & Exchange Form located on the back of your invoice. This must be filled in and sent back with your return.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked and insured method for safe delivery.

We will credit your original method of payment minus initial shipping charges. Once your return arrives at the return address, please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by mail once finalized.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for the same style in a different size or color. We do not allow exchanges for different styles than originally purchased as our prices vary based on style. You are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred style once we’ve refunded you.

To exchange an item for a new size or color, please fill out our Return & Exchange Form (also located on the back of your invoice) and send back with your exchange.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale only.

Faulty Items

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn with all original tags and packaging included. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us at customercare@leemerritt.com to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
